Summer Maintenance Programme Launched

Ffos Las  has committed to substantial racetrack maintenance/drainage works during the Summer to ensure the racecourse will maintain it’s pedigree as a great jump racecourse for it's Autumn and Winter fixtures and continue to appeal to the sport’s top names.

Ffos Las Racecourse opened to great acclaim in 2009 when £20m was invested in building the course, grandstand, stables and infrastructure.  Six years on the racecourse has committed to these works to maintain these high standards.

“Ffos Las Racecourse is a great venue for racing and events and we are keen to maintain these great facilities. We have developed a fantastic programme of racing and community events this Summer and we want to show off the venue at its best.  Ensuring the race track is in the best condition for racing is key to this” said Dave Clayton, Commercial Director at the Racecourse.

The racecourse has also refurbished the Ffos Las Lodge, it’s accommodation block of seventeen ensuite room, now available to book on and has refreshed McCoy’s bar for the Summer season.
